Apple made a public statement about iPhone 7 with longest battery life ever on an iPhone. According to Apple, whereas iPhone 7 lasts 14 hours on Wi-Fi browsing while iPhone 7 Plus lasts 15 hours on Wi-Fi browsing. iPhone 7 lasts two hours more than iPhone 6s whereas the iPhone 7 Plus stays alive for an hour more than iPhone 6s Plus.

According to China’s TENAA certification website, iPhone 7 contains a 1,960mAh battery whereas iPhone 7 Plus packs an even bigger 2,900mAh battery. The new batteries are nearly 14 per cent bigger than the one found on previous generation iPhone.

For record, Apple iPhone 6s had a 1,715mAh battery whereas iPhone 6s Plus reached 2,750mAh in terms of battery size. Apple says dropping the headphone jack makes space for bigger battery.
